An invitation to join us on the cusp of Winter, the season of deep listening, and step into an immersive experience of embodied movement and vocal exploration.

Here, movement supports what’s been held or suppressed to shift and flow, and sound becomes a gateway towards your authentic self.

Includes:
- Grounding, expansive movement practice with Lucy, focusing on awareness and connection to earth, heart, core and throat.
- Empowering and potent vocal workshop and practices. guided by Tahlia.
- A luxurious 30m sound bath led by (Self of Love) and .space , to allow a wholesome integration.

All practices are invitational and gently guided by Lucy and Tahlia. You’re encouraged to go at your own pace, softening the grip of internal constraints and reconnecting with your truthful expression.

As layers begin to fall away, space opens to reveal an emergence of what’s already within you: free, open, and empowered.

No experience is needed. Just a willingness to show up, stay curious, and let your body and voice lead you Home.

Voice is a bridge from the heart, through the throat, to the tongue, and into the world.

To advocate. To vow. A vocation, a calling.

So often, our voices are tamed from childhood. We learn to censor ourselves, to stay safe, to be accepted… yet this walls us from being truly seen. We fit in, but this is not belonging.

True belonging is a sense of home.
Where we can be free, to be our most whole and real selves. Belonging allows for us as individuals and a collective to be in a continual process of becoming.

The past 5 years I have been exploring my relationship with voice, with truth-telling. My voice has deepened, maybe ripened, into way more rootedness, resonance, and ease. I squirm to hear the high pitched ness of a head voice I carried around even 3-4 years ago.

The deepest lessons I have learnt are not about technique. They are about showing up, staying open-hearted, being honest, softening the grip on old stories, and learning to trust that I can be imperfect, real, and loved.

I am so honoured to be co-facilitating a movement and voice experience with and on Sat 30 May - an immersion about empowering and encouraging each of us to explore how we relate to our most unbound voice.

In this world of so much messiness, noise, distortion - and so much potential for care: imagine what could ripple out if each of our voices were attuned, truthful and deeply loving?

Tahlia has been a guiding light on my journey, and I can’t wait to share her magic with more people 💛✨

You may have noticed the shifts in daylight and the mistiness of mornings, how leaves are drying and falling, as we move into Waring (Wombat) season in the Wurundjeri seven seasons calendar. This is a time we also call Autumn: the months of harvest, ripeness and energetically letting go to make way for the bareness of Winter.

In the Taoist Five Elements (or Phases) framework, Autumn is linked to alchemy, purity, and reverence. How we distill and transform from one skin to another that is becoming. How we allow grace to carry us through transitions, even when we wish to grasp for control. How remembering the impermanence of all things can be a gift which prompts us to be astonished by the smallest treasures in life.

We’ll be dipping into some of these themes in the upcoming Sound, Yin & Massage with and myself (Sat 2 May, link in bio!)

In the meantime, this elemental qi gong variation can be a beautiful offering for your body, as grounding and a remembrance of gravity. To draw the arrow, know where you’re aiming from, and to let it all go like dancing leaves, knowing what falls will take Nature’s course, and rise again. 🐦‍🔥

I′ve been stuck in thoughts, doing it their way
Didn’t listen to the things my heart would say
Letting fear take over and decide
But when I realized that the choice was mine
Oh I could feel a shift and I began to shine
Living an empowered, beautiful life

No, I am not who you think I am
I am so much more, I am one with source
I am limitless, infinite, powerful
Abundant, complete from the start, creator of all
I am that I am
Oh I am that I am

And therefore
Everything around could fall apart
And I would still have love in my heart
Open eyes, now I see
That there is nothing to do, just be

No, I am not who you think I am
I am so much more, I am one with source
I am limitless, infinite, powerful
Abundant, complete from the start, creator of all ✨

An afternoon of savouring into the downward energy of Autumn. We drop back into the remembrance of gravity, of the alchemy which moves through our bodies when we simplify, and shed the unnecessary leaves of what is carried day-to-day.

More clarity. More groundedness. A bridge towards the bare essence of Winter.

Emma () and guide you with sound and voice through breathwork, Qi Gong forms and yin shapes, to encourage fluidity, spaciousness and ease. Receive hands-on massage from Lucy and fellow zenthai shiatsu practitioners, to enrich your experience through the incomparable connection of touch.

Cultivate more spaciousness, ease and trust, so we can carry this freedom out into our lives, and a world so in need of our clear, open presence.

Two spots have opened up! Join .luke and myself, 20+ other new friends as well as some pretty epic therapists assisting the learning experience 🥰

You will be guided through plenty of techniques, skills, and opportunities to immerse in practice. Take away a full body sequence and a manual packed with guidance so you can continue to share this language of touch with friends, family and clients.

When we experience this somatic dialogue in a space of a playful, trusting, open-hearted community, the learning goes far beyond attaining knowledge. It is a process and container for transformation; for discovering new and more profound ways to behold ourselves, and the world.

Held in the spacious in Carlton, Naarm/Melbourne 🤲🏾✨

This is not an invitation to bypass life’s prickly and pressured moments. Rather, to keep learning from our breath.

This song reminds me of tonglen, “sending and taking,” an ancient Buddhist practice to awaken compassion. The practice itself involves a visualisation of breathing in the suffering, feeling this being alchemised through the body, and breathing out radiance, clarity, ease. It can be done for personal situation, for someone close to you, for a collective, and (when we get better at this) maybe even for those you find very difficult to feel compassion for.

Instead of avoiding or covering over the inevitable hardships we encounter in this human life, we practice an embodied process of letting an experience move through. We practice remembering the nature of Life as continual change, and as we do this, our capacity to be with the life that is here naturally grows.

There’s a lot of hard edges to meet in our collective world right now. May our hearts be held gently, and offered moments of tending, individually and in support of each other.

“Does a wolf know how beautiful she is when she leaps? Does a feline know what beautiful shapes she makes when she sits? Is a bird awed by the sound it hears when it snaps open its wings? Learning from them, we just act in our own true way and do not draw back from or hide our natural beauty. Like the creatures, we just are, and it is right.”

— Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Women who Run with the Wolves 🐺

Bowing to all those who live in devotion to what is life-giving, what builds kinship, remembrance, power-with rather than power-over. Those who prioritise building relationship rather than rulership, embody adaptation in action, and are devoted to leaning in continually, to the sweet centre we call harmony.

This International Women’s Day I am remembering all the sisters, elders and young ones I have had the grace to hold and behold, to befriend, be mentored by. Acknowledging the process and power in the offerings of .hub , , and so many others in allyship of the feminine, and of a natural, beauty-filled way of being in ourselves, and with each other.

What a journey it was in 2025 journeying through Passage of Self with this group of uniquely powerful women . This moment of the dance still gives me chills. To ferocity, softness, and everything alive in between.

Tread lightly.

(*sound on! 🦜*)

These two words from Vinita, dear soul-friend and founder of , have stayed with me for the past ten years.

I have done my fair share of stampeding through moments, trying to get to the ‘other thing’ — the meeting I’m late for, the project I want to complete, the next person to meet, class to teach, meal to eat… all the while, missing much of the richness and texture inherent in each unfolding. Becoming a rhino - as would tease - charging in a huff and then stopping halfway, unable to remember why one is charging in the first place.

I am getting better at catching myself in these stompy moments — and still, it is a practice.

To tread lightly is to offer attentive intimacy with the world.
To sense the curves of one’s foot, as it meets the body of the earth.
To feel the leaves and brambles, sticks and soil, as your weight is transferred forward.
To be like a ninja, agile and awake.

To recognise all those who have walked before us, and all those yet to come.
To take only what we need, and and give back with the spirit of abundance.
To trust in the reciprocity of all things — and to know our humble part in the play of its seasons.

Tread lightly.
There is power in the quiet unfolding.
One step, one practice, one moment at a time.

We become.

Tired of being in a rush?
I know I am.

Which is why I’m so excited to be teaching again from next week - a whole new way of moving and practising attentive intimacy on, and off the mat.

You can also find me this weekend for two lush events to offer a more spacious and centred sense of being.

It’s hard to express in words how it feels to be in the collective energy of a community clinic, as a therapist, and as a receiver.

There’s something palpably nurturing and unique about meeting each other through the connection of touch, and music, and without needing words: a somatic understanding that you are being held just as you are.

Join us for our February session, held just after the new moon of Chinese New Year (17 Feb), this time at the earthy and spacious 🥰

This is not ‘just a massage’. It is aligned, therapeutic bodywork shaped to meet you, in your current intention for and season of life.

(With respect towards those attending, we don’t have cameras on during the treatments... and, it will never be the fullness of direct experience~ )

Moments from Spring, 2025. It all flies by. Cold ocean dips, planting new avocado seedling, constantly in awe of nature, and consistently pulling at old skins so I can learn anew.

These words have been with, and continue to stay with me, as I try to live each day as a journeying of growing the loving kind of power.

To implementing justice, and standing for the kind of care which honours Life in all its forms.

Thank you to all the dear ones near me, and less easily loved ones out there, for being teachers along this path.

“Power properly understood is nothing but the ability to achieve purpose. And one of the great problems of history is that the concepts of love and power have usually been contrasted as opposites — polar opposites — so that love is identified with resignation of power, and power with a denial of love.

We’ve got to get this thing right. What is needed is a realisation that power without love is reckless and abusive, and love without power is sentimental and anemic. Power at its best is love implementing the demands of justice, and justice at its best is power correcting everything that stands against love. It is precisely this collision of immoral power with powerless morality which constitutes the major crisis of our time.”

— Martin Luther King, Jr.
