Fitness on Northern Beaches Run Squads Wed evenings at Narrabeen. Fitness on northern beaches is a group fitness business on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

Mobile Personal Training where we come to you, train outdoors or come train at our gym in North Narrabeen
Private reformer Pilates session, Outdoor Group Training, Pre/Post natal specialist, Online programs. Operating out of Mona Vale as the home base and can travel to all locations on the Northern Beaches for groups & PT; FNB puts an emphasis on the "functional" aspect of fitness. This means that every exercise or session is designed to meet a specific physical adaptation. Classes are limited at 10 to ensure you get more 1 on 1 time and our trainers nutrition guidance will ensure you reach your fitness and weight loss goals in the most effective way possible. Program Structure:
2 group sessions per week - $33
Unlimited group sessions - $40
1 PT session - $82.50
1 PT session + Unlimited - $100

NSW athletics Homebush 10km.

I was on a mission to find a flat fast 10km so I could give it a good go on my time! This fitted the brief perfect!

45:54 was our time
4:35 p/km was our pace

I did all the training and all the intervals and it worked! Albeit a week of sickness in my house in the lead up and an Achilles injury for Matt leading into it 🫣

We did break one rather huge cardinal rule of a race day and Matt and I both wore brand new shoes ! I raced in the ASICS Mega Blast and Matt raced in the ASICS Nova Blast luxe
And the shoes were perfection !

Sunday afternoon fun at the Forwoods 💪

Kids being slightly feral due to school holiday overload . So I was about to go for a solo run but kids wanted some gym time . So I reluctantly joined them 😝

We actively try to encourage our kids to have fun with exercise and just do some movment . Usually after they are so much better to deal with ( we live in hope )

Kids both have their own goals - Mikhel get strong 💪
Greta wants to practice her pull ups for gymnastics 🤸

💫 HYROX 2025 💫

What. A. Day !

We weren’t sure what to expect as it was our first time doing Hyrox and our first time doing a fitness event together .

6th out of 120 in our age category.
150th out of 1233 in our division.

We are pretty stoked with that !

I came into the event with a slight head cold and I was determined it was not going to affect me 😝
First four runs I felt great !
Fifth starting to feel a little average and then runs 6, 7 and 8 ( the longest run !) I just had to follow Matt and hope I could hang on 🙌

Matt brought us home by completing the 100 walk balls by himself entirely unbroken !
Matt definitely had to carry me a bit in some of the last movements but we did it and will we do it again ?
I would say that’s a yes !

Now we can say we are Hybrid Rockstars ! Ha

Was it hard ? Holy moly yes 🤪

⭐️THREE DAYS OUT FROM HYROX ⭐️

This Saturday afternoon both Matt & myself are competing together ( first time ever - watch this space 🤪) in Hyrox

For anyone who doesn’t know what Hyrox is -

For time :

1km Run
1000m ski Erg
1km Run
Sled Push
1km Run
Sled Push
1km Run
Burpee Broad Jumps
1km Run
1000m Row
1km Run
Farmers Carry
1km Run
Sandbag Lunges
1km Run
100 Wall balls

We do all the runs together as a pair and then we share the reps / calories on all other 8 movements .

This week has been about keeping up movement and some intensity but lowering our overall load of exercise before the event.

We don’t massively carb load as the event won’t take too much over 60 -70 mins but we will definitely be eating some good carbs and proteins over the next day or so.

Meet Caz 💕

One of the kindest most generous most beautiful people I have the absolute pleasure or training each week.

We train in the park or we train in my gym!
We have trained with a moon boot on. We have trained thru numerous other injuries !
Rain hail or shine we find a way ☀️☀️☀️

Training with Caz is one of the highlights of my week! Those of you who know Caz will no doubt agree with me .

Couples that train together ……. Collapse on the floor together after 😂😂

Yesterday Matt and I did a full Hyrox Simulation ! It was a vibe being an awesome gym full of like minded people !

We train pretty much solo about 99% of the time so it was a real blast yesterday being amongst other people training for the same challenge we are !

And what a challenge it was. We did quicker than we were expecting and we think we have room to improve also……. So let’s see what the next four weeks of training brings 🙌

What a trip. It was a holiday indeed. ☀️

From our amazing Bure at the to the best Butler you could possibly imagine !

We left the report only once in the entire week. There was just plenty to do or not if you prefer !

We swam we ate we swam we drank we swam some more .
Greta thought kids club was the best thing ever ( winning !)
Mikhel not so much but thought frog catching every night was pretty fun 🤩

We are refreshed and ready to roll into next weeks sessions 💪💪💪
