What goes on your dog matters just as much as what goes in them .
Clean, low-tix flea support.

Every dog deserves to move well.

Strong muscles are not just about power — they are about stability, joint protection, circulation, and longevity.

When muscles function properly, they:
• Support healthy joints
• Reduce compensatory strain
• Improve coordination and balance
• Enhance recovery and performance

But muscles don’t work alone.

True mobility comes from the balance of:
🦴 Strong structure (Bones)
💪 Functional strength (Muscles)
💧 Healthy, hydrated fascia (Flow)

Massage + targeted nutrition = Optimal Mobility.

Because movement is life.

Why are we still relying on supplements… instead of food?

Many supplement studies show only marginal benefits when nutrients are isolated and removed from their natural food matrix.

In dogs, we see this all the time:
✔️ Lots of supplements
❌ Diet still lacking real, nutrient-dense foods

Real food provides vitamins in context — with the fats, amino acids, enzymes, and trace minerals needed for proper absorption and use.

Supplements can support.
But food builds foundations.

Build health from the inside out.

WEEK 1 | HUMAN vs DOG – NUTRIENT DENSITY

Tonight’s meals came from the same kitchen, cooked by the same person — but the nutrient profiles were very different.

🐕 Dog’s bowl:
Minced chicken wing, lean pork & beef, chicken heart, egg, Greek yoghurt, chia seeds, kale, zucchini & carrot. No organ meat in this meal-served at breakfast.

🍽️ My plate:
Chicken thigh, brown rice, steamed zucchini & carrots with Mediterranean salsa.

Key nutrient comparison (major nutrients only):

Dog’s meal:
✔ Iron
✔ Taurine
✔ Zinc
✔ Selenium
✔ Calcium
✔ Phosphorus

My meal:
✔ Iron
✖ Taurine
⚠️ Zinc
⚠️ Selenium
✖ Calcium
⚠️ Phosphorus

Both meals were healthy.
The difference is that dogs eating whole foods which naturally delivers minerals in balance.

Different species. Different needs. Same principle: nutrient density matters.

Week 1 goes to the dogs 🐾😅
Next to compare is breakfast

Some dogs truly are fussy eaters.
But many have learned that holding out and those puppy dog eyes work.

A few simple tricks of the wild, structure, timing and real food can change everything 😆 🤣

“Those hind limbs do a lot of work 🐾
Regular massage helps keep muscles flexible, supports circulation, and encourages comfortable movement — especially in active or ageing dogs.”
