We are currently seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a flexible role suited to a motivated professional who is passionate about supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals.
About the role
As a Support Coordinator, you will work closely with participants to build capacity, connect them with appropriate services, and navigate the NDIS system effectively. You will manage a varied caseload and work collaboratively with participants, providers and stakeholders.
Key requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a Support Coordinator role
Sound knowledge of the NDIS and service systems
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Mandatory checks
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
