What happens after you get an adult ADHD diagnosis? So much will have changed for you personally - but also, not much will have changed in how you cope with life!

Queensland adults can soon be diagnosed with ADHD by their GP. This change is expected to make access faster, especially for people who have been waiting months for specialist appointments. The news report outlining this shift is here:

For many adults the diagnosis brings relief. It explains years of distraction, overwhelm, emotional swings, masking, and difficulties with structure. But once the GP hands you the diagnosis, a new question shows up.

What happens next? How can I make use of this diagnosis to improve my life?
