We are often asked if Oakdale Residential Village is pet-friendly, and the answer is yes 🐾 We understand that pets are much-loved companions and an important part of the family.

Pet approvals are at the discretion of the Village Manager and are subject to residents complying with Village rules.

Small dogs are permitted provided they are well-behaved and owners responsibly clean up after them. Cats are also permitted, provided they are kept within the home and do not pose a risk to native wildlife in the area.

When outside the home, all pets must be on a lead and under the control of their owner at all times.

A big shout-out to Oakdale Workers Club!
What a fantastic venue for great food, entertainment and bringing people together. The club provides a welcoming space and plays an important role in supporting the local community.

While Oakdale continues to grow, it remains a wonderful and friendly community. That strong sense of connection will continue thanks to the support of residents and local businesses like Oakdale Workers Club.

We are often asked what is included in a new home when we come and live at Oakdale Residential Village. The simple answer is, that we aim to have everything done so all you need do is move in and experience the peace of mind of living in a secure community environment.

For anyone visiting the stunning Burragorang Valley Lookout, the Burra Bakery in Oakdale township is a must-stop spot. They offer delicious pastries, pies and cakes—not to mention their beautiful, fragrant bread that tastes as good as it smells. The coffee is great too.

A huge thank you to the residents at Oakdale Residential Village who have done a fantastic job with their gardens. They look wonderful and reflects the pride they have in their own gardens and the community within which they live.

We are currently planning a community vegetable and herb garden, which will provide residents so inclined an opportunity to grow their own produce.

There's nothing like a lovingly restored motor vehicle to capture the interest of residents and visitors to Oakdale Residential Village.
This beauty was restored by Gary, our resident caretaker, a project that commenced during Covid and is now almost complete. The 1970 Dodge was left abandoned on a rural property, until discovered by Gary. So commenced the painstaking task of bringing the Dodge back to its former glory. Fortunately, Gary knows his way around motor vehicles, having worked around trucks and cars all his life. Just as important was Gary’s determination and the patience of his supporting wife Fiona to see the job through. While Gary was working on the Dodge, Fiona was establishing a beautiful garden with a fantastic display of roses.

We're excited to announce the upcoming release of two new home designs, only available at the Oakdale Residential Village. The quality homes will be built locally by Hi-Tech Modular Homes, a leader in the modular home industry for over 30 years. All homes are provided on a turnkey basis. We do everything, all you need do is move in and make the home your own.
