✨ I am so grateful for my healing journey and for the many tools I’ve been able to gather along the way to support my own self-healing.

I’m deeply thankful for my support group, Chelsey Jean Lymphatics and her incredible Lymphatic Health Education and B**B CamP Chelsey Jean Lymphatics. I’m grateful for my beautiful instruments that soothe me with their healing frequencies, and for 9D Breathwork, which has finally given me a way to truly feel my body and release what has been stored within me for decades.

I am still very much a work in progress, but I share this page with the hope that it inspires you to see that you too hold the power to heal yourself. 🌿💛
