We support a wide range of clients with different needs, helping them achieve their goals and playing a role in their success stories. We achieved a remarkable outcome with one of our esteemed clients, who was diagnosed with ASD and mild intellectual disability, struggled with social interactions and often felt isolated from his community. Upon transitioning to our company, we designed a tailored social participation plan for him, including peer group activities, mentoring, and community outings. Although the journey was bumpy, however, with encouragement, consistency and support from our community and mental health support worker, our client today has dramatically improved his social skills through regular peer group sessions, and he can sustain conversations for a long time. In addition, he has formed lasting friendships with peers who share his interests, and the days of loneliness are gone. Also, as a gardening enthusiast, he has become an active member of a gardening club in his community.
