CONTROL ......
A big step with control is acknowledging what is good in your day and what is hard about this day without a clenched jaw and a racing heart. There may be things you can change, but there is a lot that we can't change. Trying to control the uncontrollable breeds chaos. It creates anxiousness, annoyance, irritability, discontentment, and can lead to anger.
Control is our way of trying to keep things the way we want them to be, not realising how that stress is making us fall apart physically, emotionally, and mentally
Control tends to show those in your world that you dont trust them and will push them away rather than keep them close. Control can lead to divide instead of unity and peace.
