Join the team at Life Pharmacy Orange for a morning dedicated to all things babies and infants!

This is a free community event where you will be able to hear from guest speakers, such as a Naturopath and Pharmacist, on a range of topics regarding the health and wellbeing of your babies and infants.

All attendees will receive a free goodie bag containing information to take home and a book for your child. Light refreshments will be provided, and there will also be exciting raffle prizes to be won!

A change of scenery for Jo and Eliza last week, heading out to the mine to do an education session on how women can look after their bodies during pregnancy and post-nataly. Thanks for having them Newmont Cadia

Today we hosted a pre and post-natal health education session for our female employees who are currently pregnant or recently returned to work from parental leave.

The session covered looking after yourself during pregnancy (particularly at work), post-natal care and common issues, and support services available.

Thank you Jo and Eliza from The Pinnacle Physiotherapy Clinic for helping equip our female colleagues to care for themselves during pregnancy and following the birth of their little ones.

Today our musculoskeletal and women's health teams combined to do a session on foot / ankle assessment and treatment.

Foot dysfunction can cause local problems such as plantar fasciitis and tendinopathies but it can also be a contributing factor when there are problems further up the chain, such as knee pain, pelvic girdle pain and stress incontinence.

Happy feet = happy bodies 😊

Alex and Seb spent last weekend in Melbourne attending the SportsMAP 'How I rehab' conference, presented at the Essendon Football Club.

National and international experts from elite Sporting teams (such as Manchester City Football Club, The Australian Ballet, ACT Brumbies & Adelaide Crows) provided updates on optimal assessment and treatment techniques for a range of conditions, including:

- Hamstring injuries
- Hip pain for the female athlete
- Non-surgical ACL management
- Calf and foot injuries
- Running rehab programs
- Athletic shoulder assessment
- Concussion
- Lower back pain
