Let’s bust one of the most common fertility myths out there. 👇

Did you know that ovulating on Day 14 probably only happens in about 10% of regular cycles?

According to research, ovulation can actually happen anywhere from 7 to 19 days before your period starts.

So if you’re:

❌ Assuming it’s happening on day 14
❌ Letting your app dictate when you have s*x…

You could be missing your most fertile day within the 6 days a month you can get pregnant. 🌿

✨ This is where cycle charting changes everything.

Your body is always giving you clues.

Tracking two simple fertility signs - cervical fluid and basal body temperature (BBT) - will give you a real-time picture of where you’re at in your cycle.

As you’re approaching ovulation, you’ll start to notice:

✅ Cervical fluid becomes clear, slippery & stretchy (like egg whites).
✅ Increased libido: Your body naturally boosts your s*x drive before ovulation.
✅ Some women feel mild cramping or ovulation pain on one side.

And when you’ve ovulated you’ll notice:

✅ Your Basal body temperature rises.

Although your BBT can’t predict ovulation, it still provides excellent information. It can:

→ Confirm ovulation actually happened
→ Reveal the length of your luteal phase
→ Help identify low progesterone levels

🎯 Once you’ve tracked for a few months, you’ll be able to use your patterns to confidently know:

✔️What your fertile window looks like
✔️ Your most fertile day and when you’re most likely to ovulate
✔️ How to time s*x for the highest chance of pregnancy

No more guessing, and no more relying on algorithms.

Just more confidence in your ability to make every cycle count. 💫

Most women trying to conceive are unknowingly starting each day with a hormone-disrupting pattern. ⬇️

Here's what you might not realise... Those morning blood sugar spikes from skipping breakfast or choosing cereal and toast?

They're creating a daily hormone chaos by:

→ Triggering excess stress hormones
→ Fueling unnecessary inflammation
→ Increase the risk or severity of PCOS or Insulin Resistance

❌ All of which are disrupting your hormone balance and egg quality

The good news? Just a few simple changes to your morning routine can fix this.

🥑 Here's the fertility breakfast formula that's helping my clients support their hormones:

✅ Eat within 30-60 mins of waking (yes, this timing matters!)
✅ Before coffee
✅ Include 20-25g of protein (most women only get 5-10g!)
✅ Add healthy fats to slow sugar absorption (avocado, nuts/seeds)

Save this post for my tried-and-tested fertility breakfast combinations that have helped dozens of women balance their hormones naturally.

I’ve also included the protein content of the most common breakfast foods for you!

It’s absolutely possible to improve your next IVF cycle 👇🏻

My IVF client, Lauren, was 40 when she decided to pursue motherhood on her own. She wanted to give herself the best shot at a successful IVF cycle - but her first two rounds didn’t go to plan.

Her embryos were consistently stopping at Day 3.

And with each cycle, her hope started to fade. She’d spent tens of thousands of dollars and she was running out of savings.

Her third round was her last chance.

Here’s what we did:
💡 We explored genetic testing
💡 We tailored her supplements to suit her unique body based on the results
💡 We worked holistically- body, mind, and lifestyle

Her final cycle?

✅ All 14 eggs fertilised (100% vs 55% in round 1)
✅ 9 embryos made it to blastocyst (64% vs 18% in round 1)
✅ A positive pregnancy test
✅ 7 embryos now frozen

In Lauren’s words:

"Taryn has been amazing during my journey to become a single mum.

She has been understanding and not pushy with my decisions and worked with me for any issues I had with certain foods etc. After two failed IVF cycles Taryn suggested a specific gene test (which my specialist had not suggested) and it confirmed a gene mutation.

Due to this diagnosis my protocol with Taryn changed and I believe it made all the difference in my third cycle. I ended up with 7 frozen embryos and I am now pregnant after a successful fresh transfer!
She has helped me both physically and mentally and I cannot thank her enough for helping me to make my dreams come true.

Thank you Taryn!"

Lauren is now a proud mum to beautiful Lexie, and her story gives me goosebumps every time. 💕

Because the truth is, if you’ve over 35 - generic fertility advice often isn't enough.

There’s something I wish more women knew when they’re trying to conceive:

What you eat each day can have a profound impact on your fertility and pregnancy journey.

One large study found that women who ate fresh fruit and vegetables daily had a 50% lower risk of miscarriage.

Incredible, right?

But honestly… I’m not surprised.

🌿 Food is so much more than calories or nutrients.

The food you eat sends signals to your cells - literally telling your body to switch on protective pathways that support fertility and egg health, reducing the chances of pregnancy loss. 🧬

👉 This is the heart of everything I teach:

How to send positive signals to your body at a cellular level to create a fertile internal environment that’s ready and able to conceive.

And the amzing thing is, the protective power of plants goes far beyond miscarriage risk.

Eating more fruit and veggies also:

🚒 Lowers inflammation
🛡️ Protects egg and s***m quality from damage
💩 Supports gut health, balanced hormones, and healthy detoxification
🎢 Helps stabilise blood sugar — especially important if you’re managing PCOS, insulin resistance, or weight concerns

💡 Want to get more fertility-supporting plants into your day?
Here are some simple, practical tips to help you (even when life’s busy!)👇

1️⃣ Add veggies to breakfast (try an omelet, frittata, or add greens to your smoothie)
2️⃣ Add vegetables to your snacks (try veggie sticks with hummus)
3️⃣Hide veggies in dinners (try grated carrot or zucchini in pasta sauce, and multi-veggie mash or veggie-packed rice)
4️⃣ Eat a variety of different types
5️⃣Fill half your plate before adding anything else
6️⃣The more colourful, the better! 🍊🥦🫑🌽🍆🍎

💬 I’d love to know — which one will you focus on first? Let me know in the comments! 💛

I see you… Reading all the books, following all the fertility accounts, joining the forums. 🙇‍♀️📚
Trying to figure this all out on your own.

I was in the exact same place in 2018 - feeling overwhelmed, trying everything, but still facing the same disappointment every month. 💔

Here’s the thing:

When you stay stuck in overwhelm and confusion, you give your power away.

But you can take it back - when you stop trying to figure it out yourself and get a real, strategic plan.

👉 My approach to fertility nutrition isn’t just about “eating healthy” or taking a prenatal vitamin.

It’s about uncovering your unique barriers to conception and creating the right internal environment for a healthy pregnancy - and that looks different for every woman. 💫

Because what you don’t need, is another one-size-fits-all approach.

✨ A fertility nutritionist can help you:

✔️ Identify hidden barriers to conception
✔️ Decode your body’s unique needs
✔️ Create a personalised nutrition plan that truly supports your fertility
✔️ Cut through the noise of conflicting advice

If you’ve been trying to conceive for a while, you might recognise these signs.

And if you’re ready for personalised support to move forward with confidence (and a real, sustainable plan), DM me the word “CLARITY”. I’d love to chat to you more.

Because when you focus on the right things, targeted nutrition can be a game-changer for your health and your fertility. 💛

If you’ve ever doubted your body’s ability to get pregnant - this is your gentle reminder ⬇️

💛 Your body is not broken.

It's always been trying to guide you.

👉 When you tune out the outside noise, and start turning your attention inward 🎧

Your body will tell you:

✅ What it needs
✅ What’s missing
✅ What’s no longer serving you and your health.

And when you begin making the changes your body is asking for, incredible things can happen.

✨ Bit by bit, your body will start functioning better, regaining its balance, and improving your overall health.

From this place, your body becomes more ready and able to conceive, whether you’re trying naturally or through IVF.

Keep believing in it.
Keep nourishing it.
Keep listening to it.

💫 And watch as you start to thrive again.

Trying to conceive and wondering what you can actually do in the next 90 days to move the needle?

👉 Here are 3 simple but powerful strategies you can start now to naturally support your fertility - whether you’re trying naturally or preparing for IVF.

1️⃣ Nourish Your Egg Health
Eggs take around 90 days to mature, which means what you do today influences the egg that gets ovulated in 3 months from now. Focus on balanced meals made from wholefoods and eat plenty of antioxidant-rich foods like berries, leafy greens, and healthy fats. 🥑🫐

2️⃣ Address Ongoing Stress Signals
Chronic stress can interfere with your hormones and signal to your body it’s not safe to conceive right now. This is about building up a toolkit you can use to balance your nervous system every single day - things like mindfulness, breathing exercises and journalling 🧘‍♀️

3️⃣ Support Your Digestion
Your gut influences your hormone balance, immune system, detoxification and your ability to absorb nutrients. All critical for fertility! Try prioritising fibre (vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds), hydration, and make sure you’re pooping daily! 💩✨

🌟 These tips are important - but if you really want to rebuild your fertility, making the right shifts to your mindset and strategy, is really what will set yourself up for the best chance of success.

That’s exactly what I break down in my free on-demand training:

🎥 How to Rebuild Your Fertility in 90 Days (Even if Your Tests Are Normal or Nothing Has Worked So Far).

Inside, I’ll share:

✅ The hidden reasons why so many women struggle to conceive - even with “normal” test results

✅ The biggest mistakes I see women making when it comes to supplements, diets, and cycle tracking

✅ The 3 proven shifts that helped my clients get pregnant naturally or improved their IVF outcomes

📲 Comment “SHIFT" and I’ll send you the link to watch it on-demand.
