Stop "demonising" your own inner voice that shares its deepest insecurities with you.

Those thoughts are here to show you where you need to heal.
Be compassionate with yourself and stop making it the enemy.
Lower vibrational entities may come to you, but theyre drawn to the lower vibrations you hold within yourself.

The demons are a clue as to what energies to release so that you cant magnetise those lower entities to you any more.

In order to shine brightly, we cant avoid our darkest corners.... we need to illuminate them and send love where we have been neglecting ourselves.

Dont run from the demons. Thank them.
They exist for a reason.

If people come to you with negativity in their hearts, unable or unwilling to see your truth for what it is, and demonising you...

Just know that in order to have such harsh judgment of someone without trying to see from their perspective first, they must really have a lot of self resentment and hatred.

In order to see bad in others that isnt there, you need to be a bad person or believe that you are one deep down.

In order to wish harm on someone who has not hurt you... or anyone you love, you have to be twisted.

These arent the kinds of people we should be allowing to stay in our lives.

This is life giving you the opportunity to choose better for yourself. To set boundaries.
So no, dont even react. Dont respond.
Brush them off and move your attention elsewhere.
They dont deserve your energy.
And you dont need theirs.
You manifest what you focus on.

So focus on love.
Not the lack of it.... But love itself, and the gratitude you have for every small thing in life that warms your heart.

The only reason to connect with a vision of the future is to manifest that desired reality.
We want to be visualising and connecting energetically with a version of the future that we want, sitting in that space and allowing it to shift our internal field so that we magnetise that reality to us.
Then we can come back to our current self whilst we integrate our upgrades.

Keep living in the present to embody the upgrades, and then go back into meditation to repeat the process until your desired reality manifests. Xx ♡☆♡

Ive been going through major life changes lately.
This is likely reflected in the amount ive been posting here, but most of the details are on my tiktok.

My videos detailing some of my traumas may upset them... esoecially since my family has a long history of hiding all that they are ashamed of.

If youre going to be ashamed of what you did... dont do it?

If youre ashamed of something someone else did.... thats something you can work through..

I acknowledge my strength. The force within which would not allow me to completely betray myself.
I am grateful for my resiliance in dealing with hardship.

Even when the outside world betrayed me, I was still there for myself. I held myself and I cried.
I reassured myself and I was honest.
I didnt hide from myself, I didnt lie.

How could I expect anyone to know me if I was still hiding from myself?

Be True.
Be you.
No shame.... only love and acceptance.

And then we went to Hilllarys boat harbour and i spoke to a lady at Hillaries Herbal dispensary who says i could do readings there too!

I was a chair swing sitting in the shade,
waiting for the most beautiful day to have you come sit upon me
and share your enrgy once again.

The days we spend together are the days that make me shine. Its like a new purpose i have, once your energy meets mine.

Sometimes you move me into the sun and i get to feel the soul.
The soul of our system sharing herself with mine...
Do you remember when you were me and how simple it was to be, just a swinging chair hanging in the shade....

Do you remember what it was to be the facbrics and materials of which i am made?
Do you remember what it was to be the wind and the sea?
Cause we all hold these memories if you want to believe.

You can remember when you were me and I can remember being you, and thats whats so beautiful....

Dont you remember when you were that tree? When you first started growing leaves?
Dont you remember when the flowers first started to bloom?
We all knew that milestone... this new level of grown..
And it meant something. More than you can believe...

Because humans arent the only ones living their lives...
The trees, the leaves the flowers.... its a lifetime unto itself.

Yeah!
Emotions are alive!!
Do you remember when you were anger, poisoning peoples lives?
But you werent there to condemn them, no! You were there to help them grow!
You were there... to help them feel protected, like they were worth being known.

These sticks that have fallen?
They all percieve each other... They just appreciate one another for who they truly are.

Theres no point hating me... unless you truly hate yourself.
For, there is no way... its not possible for you to hurt another if you were truly healed.... youd understand.

Which do your choices align with??

Are your choices aligning with the outdated version of you??

Or are they aligning with the version of you in the reality youre moving toward?

Visualise yourself talking to the version of yourself in the reality you WANT to be in and hone in on their energy.
Visualise yourself zooming in to the energy so it fills your whole field, not just your body......

The longer you hold yourself in the vibration of a higher version of you, the faster you bunjee yourself into their reality. But you need to let a whole bunch of emotions out and do NOT hold them in..... theyre coming up to LEAVE.

If you feel physical discomfort, thats because you feel your cells TRANSFORMING as they merge with your new vibration and upgrade.
Its a GOOD thing ♡♡

The brain is understanding. The soul is knowing. The body is sensing.

The soul knows, and the brains job is to use the body's senses to translate all information so that they can understand their souls true nature and the true nature of reality. This then helps them to empower themselves and transform themselves into powerful, actualised beings... from that new perspective.
And then the journey ahead will reveal that they are still very primitive and have much more to learn from a higher perspective.
We will continue to evolve.
Our understanding of what our being is will evolve. Our understanding of our place in the universe and how intertwined we all are.

A soul connection would be unaffected by s*x or gender changes. Only superficial relationships which are about suppressing or changing yourself to make someone else comfortable would be affected by this.

Since souls do not identify with any specific gender or s*x, if your connection is a soul one, then the way your form manifests wont make any difference.

If someone wants to leave you because you find something new to accept and embrace about yourself... then it's their version of you that was in their minds that they loved. Not who you actually are.

All beings are constantly evolving and discovering new things about themselves.

How sad would it be to feel stuck in a relationship that wont let you learn new things about yourself?

One that threatens to dissolve if you grow as a person?

That would suck.
