Don’t be shy to pick up a sauna hat when you’re with us (we’ve got plenty)

They not only protect your hair and scalp from the heat but also insulate your head so your body doesn’t overheat as quickly. This means you’ll feel cooler and can last longer inside the sauna. Give it a try!

Here’s a simple timeline to help you get the most out of our traditional Finnish sauna sessions!

💡 Keep in mind: This timeline is based on our sauna temperature, set between 90–110°C - this is what we recommend! Durations might feel a bit different in lower-temperature saunas (like infrared)

Always listen to your body, hydrate between rounds, and enjoy your reset with us!
