Osteoporosis often goes unnoticed until something like a small fall leads to a big injury. It’s more common than you’d expect, especially as we age - but there’s a lot we can do to protect and strengthen our bones. At Hiya Health, we use Reformer Pilates to help build strength, improve balance, and support bone health in a safe, controlled way.
