As a footy player and working in the trade, Hayden doesn’t need endless cardio sessions or unsustainable output. Instead, we focused on dialing in his nutrition — adjusting calories to suit his lifestyle, training, and energy demands.

I only take on a limited number of competitive athletes each season to ensure every team member receives my full attention, support, and guidance. Maximizing communication and responsiveness is my priority when working with competitors — both physically and emotionally.
