Did you know?
🫶 POP is COMMON- up to 50% of women are affected and 1 in 9 needing surgery for prolapse in their lifetime
🌻 POP will not go aware if you ignore it- help is available (women's health physio, GP, 👋)
🌈 POP is caused through damage to ligaments and muscles supporting pelvic organs- think of things that cause additional pressure on pelvic organs like pregnancy & birth, chronic cough, heavy lifting, constipation
