We all hold on to things, people, thoughts, beliefs, ideas, stories ... that no longer serve us π€·π»ββοΈ
Sometimes we think by holding on ... that we're showing resilience, commitment, loyalty, strength or grit π€¨
But most of the time, what we're holding onto, is holding us back ... what we're holding onto is stopping us from moving forward into the version of our lives that we deserve to lead π

What we thought was strength ... was actually fear! π―
And sometimes we just need to let go ... to let go & embrace the fear ... so that we can move into our true strength π―
