Hi everyone,

Just a quick reminder to book your spots for this week’s classes so you don’t miss out!

I’m also excited to let you know that starting this week, we’ll have a new class every Wednesday at 9:15am. This will now be a regular weekly class, and as our community continues to grow, I’ll be adding even more class times for you to enjoy.

Feeling so thankful for my beautiful friend Jade, who sent me the loveliest message after Barre this morning. She’s been with me from the very beginning, showing up to Pilates and Barre week after week—sometimes twice, sometimes three times—always bringing the most incredible energy. My classes simply wouldn’t be the same without her ❤️
