Hi, my name is Caroline!
I am a mum to two insanely active kids and a passionate Remedial Therapist who gets a real kick out of helping people live their best lives and reach their full potential; whether that be competing at a national level or simply getting through the week without pain.
Every remedial session of mine starts and ends with an assessment. This allows me to thoroughly understand your condition, goals, and concerns. The assessment also ensures I develop a treatment plan that ensures the best possible outcome.
With a keen interest in sports, I spend my time outside the clinic working with both the men's and women's Melbourne Victory A-League Football Teams. Having seen firsthand the physical demands placed on high-potential young athletes, I have developed a particular interest in working with children and adolescents and educating them and their support networks about the power of prevention. All too often young athletes are treated on a reactive basis. However, as the demands to succeed and perform escalate, I firmly believe a maintenance-based program should be part of every young athlete's program.
So whether I am working with high-potential athletes, adolescents, expectant mums, or the general community I am always looking at ways to work with the body and its own healing mechanisms to ensure the best possible outcomes.
