From arrival and throughout the event, our officers focused on proactive risk management and a calm, customer-first presence, helping prevent issues before they escalate and keeping the event running smoothly behind the scenes.

Congratulations to John for his recent award of Excellence nomination. 🌟

This week, our team was fortunate to attend the Mannix College Futures Dinner, an event that celebrates the life-changing impact of the Mannix College Foundation and the role that scholarships, generosity and community play in opening doors for students.

We are proud to work closely with Mannix College in supporting a safe, welcoming and connected residential environment through the provision of quality Resident Support Officers, trained to support the wellbeing and safety of student residents.

At CONSTANT, we believe every young person deserves a safe place to sleep. That is why we are proud to partner with Property Industry Foundation as their Security Partner for the annual Queensland Regatta fundraising event.

What began over 15 years ago through various PIF chapters has grown into an ongoing partnership that allows us to support this important cause in a safe, professional and meaningful way. By helping deliver the event securely, we are proud to play a small part in supporting the fundraising efforts that help combat youth homelessness.

CONSTANT are proud to be association partners with Asia-Pacific Student Accommodation Association (ASPAA) - The peak industry body for all providers of post-secondary student accommodation in the Asia Pacific region.

Ensuring safe, secure and to code accommodation is available for students is imperative to the success of their studies. Providing students with a comforting place to call home whilst they complete their studies allows students to relax, create lasting connections and focus on school.

Congratulations to Alex for receiving an award of Integrity.

Alex was nominated by a colleague for his patient, caring nature when training new guards; ensuring they felt welcomed to the team and manned with the right tools to complete the job successfully. In addition to this, Alex has recently stepped up to support his colleagues at customer site Disney HQ to ensure the sites security is maintained.

Congratulations to Vivian and her team for being recognised for their outstanding collaboration efforts to deliver an optimal service for our client.

Vivian, Sam and Unsal worked closely with our team on the ground to plan, set up and deliver a successful service for a key retail client. On what was an extremely busy sale day, their collaboration and support helped ensure everything ran smoothly. Together with our team, they helped deliver a seamless experience while ensuring both shoppers and staff remained safe.
