Yesterday, our leadership group had the privilege of attending an in-house People-Focused Leadership seminar, led by the insightful Nick Valentine, a seasoned Clinical Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Senior Consultant & Workshop Facilitator (Healing Phase).

Through Nick's expert guidance, the team gained practical tools to better understand and support the well-being of their people, fostering stronger connections and building a more positive workplace culture. The seminar was an eye-opening experience that not only deepened their leadership capabilities but also highlighted the significance of placing people at the heart of every leadership decision.
