Sometimes we all need our own space. We need ourselves as our only companion, to think, to breathe, to gather our thoughts and reset. Trauma comes and makes a mess of things and we have to fight to get out of the abyss so we don't become consumed by it. I've been walking through my own garden this last few weeks and keeping my memories alive.

So get yourself back up! Tuesday evenings is group support and we can build our own armies to fight our battles with us. It's free and available to anyone. And you'll always have me in your team.

Many thanks to all the wonderful people who we have met. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, whatever you celebrate at this time of year (or don't) there's always a lot going on, take your own moment. Especially outside and under a tree. We shall see you on the 7th of January for our start to the new year at our first 2025 support sessions. Though we are still here for you till then.
