It’s truly humbling to witness how healing mindsets and a close view of what holds someone back can impact their lives. As a health practitioner, I am entrusted with insights into the lives of people—their physical and emotional wounds, the journeys that led them to where they are now, and the magic of healing from within. This healing often occurs when emotions are acknowledged and when individuals take 100% responsibility for themselves and the choices they have made and continue to make.

Here’s my reflection on countless stories of people who have magically healed themselves through the sheer power of absolute acceptance of what was and is. They then took complete charge of writing their own stories, rising from pain and turmoil to absolute freedom.

------

Pain caused by a loved one is like an injury to your physical body. Some advise forgetting the past, treating it as mere clutter accumulated in a room that needs clearing—and perhaps it should be, if that were the whole truth. But in love, you offer a part of yourself, a tangible space within. When that space is violated, injured, or harmed—whether through absolute callousness or unintentional hurt, whether you were merely a bystander caught in the crossfire—the damage is real. The part of you that was offered can never be the same again. It may heal, but it will heal with new fibers, perhaps even visible scars, forever reminding you of the betrayal.
As we stand in the present, suffering from periodic amnesia, we must accept the truth: Yes, it happened. Yes, you were betrayed. Yes, you meant so little to them that they treated you this way. This acceptance not only makes space for the wounded heart but also allows the wound to rebuild with the necessary lessons from the pain. Growth is not about erasing the damage—it is about continuing to evolve despite it.
Forgetting the injury is merely pretending. The damage will come haunting when the amnesia breaks, and the pain of an unacknowledged past demands answers.
Accept the wound and the one who caused it. Accept that from this moment on, you are healing—not by erasing the past, but by integrating its wisdom, pain, and scars into your journey toward ultimate growth and evolution.

As the day embraced the night without any need of words or exaggeration.
The day seamlessly splashed a quiet show of melted gold, orange and red to soon dissolve in to the dark silk of the endless depths of night.
A vacant witness to all, gazed—and gazed—knowing what wealth the show had brought to it. ♥️🌹♥️

Any day can be beautiful and auspicious if one learns to take few moments to just slow down, spend few moments under the sky, in direct contact of earth and learn to breath slightly more deeper ♥️💜💙
