My qualifications and how I work.
I hold a diploma of remedial massage and certificates in sports injury Massage, Sports first aid, Pregnancy Massage, advanced remedial massage and reflexology.
I have over ten years experience in private practice with athletes, martial artists, football players, weight lifters and swimmers. I incorporate Chinese cupping, trigger point therapy and PNF stretching techniques to improve mobility, restore balance and enhance lymphatic function to improve strength, endurance and healing. I provide tailored stretching and strengthening regimens suited your personal needs and expectations.
