Raging Waters Running Festival 2026 💦
What a weekend. This event pushed a lot of our team well outside their comfort zones - and that’s exactly what made it so special. From the first step to the finish line, encouragement, support and team spirit on display was incredible.
There were so many personal wins, big efforts and moments where teammates lifted each other up when it mattered most. That’s what it’s all about.
I am incredibly proud of every single person who took part. Challenges like this remind us that with the right people around you, you can achieve more than you think.

🌟 APRIL SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM – 6–17 April 2026 🌟
At Mumma’s Move and Fitness, inclusion isn’t an add-on — it’s the foundation of everything we do.
Our April School Holiday Program is designed specifically for young people aged 8–21 who thrive with the right support, structure and encouragement. As a disability support provider, we create safe, empowering spaces where participants can build strength, confidence, friendships and independence through movement and meaningful community engagement 💪✨
Across two exciting weeks, participants will enjoy:
🎡 Supported community outings (Easter Show, Cockatoo Island)
🌿 Bushwalk adventures (Minnehaha Falls & Glow Worm Tunnel)
🎨 Creative sessions
🎳 Bowling & Timezone
🏃‍♂️ Movement-based activities that build coordination, endurance and resilience
🤝 Genuine opportunities to develop social skills and lasting friendships
Every activity is supported by experienced staff who understand diverse needs and are passionate about helping young people feel capable, included and valued.
🧩 NDIS funding may be available with a compatible plan.
📍 All sessions must be pre-booked to ensure appropriate staffing ratios.

Yesterday, Mumma's Move & Fitness held its first-ever event, and WOW—what an unforgettable experience!
We are beyond proud of every single athlete who showed up, gave their best, and proved just how strong they all are. Watching the determination, the smiles, and the pure joy on everyone’s faces was truly inspiring.
One of the best parts?
Seeing the kids come together, laughing, running, and simply having FUN. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do—movement is for everyone, and fitness should always bring happiness!
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated, supported, and made this event so special. You ladies know who you are. This is just the beginning team☮️🩷♀️
