Connection
Sunshine Psychology evolved out of a connection with the work I love to do, namely practice clinical psychology in every place it helps. I love connecting the chaos that happens in life with tools to understand and be with and address that mess.
Chance connections with excellent mentors, bossy bosses, eclectic friends, tricky narcissists, brilliant patients and just random excellent people have given me a richness in life I never could have predicted when I was young. For that I am so appreciative, and this experience is vital to my work.
Connecting with nature fills my tank. What about you?
