I had such a brilliant day on Sunday at the WA Reflexology association branch study day.
As professionals we are required to keep learning through out the year and these days are amazing. We were given a demonstration regarding the Emmett technique and I think I may need to add this to my further education list!!
This beautiful lady holding my foot is in her late 80's and still treating clients Amazing!! And learning!!
Reflexology is a powerful treatment and I just love it.

This week around the world we are celebrating Reflexology ✨
As I have given many sessions over the past few years it never ceases to amaze me how powerful stimulation of the reflex points on the feet can be.
Slowing down the body and putting it into a deep state of relaxation, balancing the individual's blockages, stimulation of the mind, bringing healing..... And more..
Combined with the power of Essential oils the benefits are even more effective.
As one client stated " I feel like my insides have just had a massage..."
And another " I don't think I have felt this relaxed in a very long time....
