How is everyone today? I'm feeling like there is someone who is carrying a lot of heavy energy and I really hope you're ok? Please know, that what you're going through now will pass, no storm lasts forever eventually the clouds will clear away to reveal a pretty rainbow and that is just how life works. With every dark day always comes a brighter one, things don't always have to be so hard, things don't always have to be such a challenge, sometimes you just need to look at the bigger picture of where you are headed, look at things from a different angle and get a clear view then embrace the road in front of you and take these challenges chest on! Once you take that first step everything else will get better from there, it's just a matter of getting out of your head and stop convincing yourself you can't do these things. Replace that word "can't" with "I can" and "I will". Take that first step and things can only get better from here.

First of all whoever this message is for, WELL DONE!! Because this time last year you were in a very different place, a very dark place where you weren't sure if you were ever going to be able to get out of. However you didn't allow yourself to stay there, you took the initiative and rose above all the bullcrap that was thrown at you and ventured out on a new and healthy journey in order to work on a happier future.

You made it! You completed a cycle, a cycle that wasn't easy either, you faced many challenges and at times for a split second had the thought of giving up and just living the easy life doing what you know best, however your strength outweighed anything and you refused to give up! you knew there was more to life than the life you were living and chose to make better choices for yourself. Along with these choices are going to come rewards, you have not only gained the recognition you deserve but you have now opened new doors that are going to bring new and major opportunities for you, this is going to give you the opportunity to take on a leadership role and share your learnings and knowledge with others, so that they can also follow in your foot steps and choose the path of happiness and recovery. You done it! You did the hard work now it's time to reap those rewards..

These last few months have been a challenge for you, you worked very hard to get to where you are today and you should be very proud of yourself, I know there are so many others that are proud of you too, clapping for you as you worked through this journey. Your hard work has been very recognised by those you love and they couldn't be prouder, some of these people may have underestimated you at the start or didn't have a lot of faith but now they can see your determination to see things through and do what you got to do, now you have people looking up at you, admiring your strength and your ability to get s**t done. You are a very strong beautiful person in and out, and now you're able to truly let that beauty in you shine.

Congratulations again on this milestone you have achieved, you are a star and things are only going to get better from here!! 🤗
