Hello lovely Levity community.

Thank you all for your support. I feel so honoured to be a part of your journey to remembering wholeness in your system.

A wee holiday announcement- my Mum is turning 80 (!!) and I am heading East to celebrate with her and my family. Therefore the clinic will be closed from Sunday 31st March - Wednesday 10th April. We can arrive back in practice together from the 11th of April.

I will still be contactable via email or text during this time for any support you may need. And if treatment is part of those needs, I have some trusted referrals of practitioners I can offer you while I am away.

May this time offer you the space to integrate and embody all that we’ve been exploring on the table together already and to continue to grow your awareness of the innate intelligence available within your system!

I look forward to seeing you after the 11th!

Part One of a spontaneous series: The Chiropractor’s Spine.

Hello! I’m so incredibly excited to announce the launch of Levity Chiropractic.

My true passion is working with the whole person. I am fascinated in what the body tells us about the experience of the person, and how working with the body influences so many aspects of someone's experience in the world.

It is my philosophy that Chiropractic is a tool that helps people become more flexible in their patterning - physical, emotional, mental and more. When our patterns become less fixed we develop more connection with ourselves and start to express the version of ourselves that is more authentic, rather than the patterns we have adopted in response to our lived experience (and/or trauma).

Both the process and the outcomes are so valuable. The process can empower us, bring us so much more resourcefulness and learning - we can become central to our own story and start to move forward with purpose and curiosity. The outcomes mean we have so much more to give in a more sustainable way.

This is why I chose Levity as the name for my practice: When our system is more functional, everything feels lighter! Our bodies feel easier and lighter, our thoughts and emotions and stories are lighter.

In Hebrew, the word “Lev” means Heart. This is also so important, because a more integrated whole version of ourselves will always include the wisdom of our hearts, and require a heart centred approach in your care.
