Hello, I am Ana.
I was born and raised in Brazil, and now I am also proudly an Australian.
I have appreciated nature since a very young age, thanks to my beautiful mum.
When I was a kid she used to give us a lot of teas and herbs as an alternative treatment for cold, flu, indigestion and so on.
She got to successfully heal me most of the time only with herbs.
That is the reason behind my passion for teas and its medicinal properties.
A few years ago, I reintroduced the herbs and teas in my life and since then I have been healthier than ever.
I have enjoyed a few cups of tea on a daily basis as well as made a brief tea ceremony part of my routine.
My mind and body have been very grateful for my choice of taking care of myself and my family with the medicine from our ancestors.
I invite you to join me in the constant seeking for a natural pathway.
