Field Trip Vibes & Cow Cuddles? Yes Please!

Our marketing team swapped laptops for gumboots today and headed out to the udderly gorgeous, Bailup Farm 🐼💛

Why? Because something moo-velous is coming soon! We’ve got a very special participant event and video shoot on the way—and trust us, it’s going to be farm-tastic.

And let’s be honest... is it really work if you're petting cows and living your best barn life? 😄

Stay tuned for more behind-the-scenes moments (and maybe more cow selfies than strictly necessary).

When Culture Comes to You đŸ’›đŸ–€â€ïž

Sherylee’s currently on oxygen support at home—but that didn’t stop her from celebrating NAIDOC Week in the most beautiful way.

Her amazing support worker Sue brought the celebration to her—complete with art supplies, traditional music, and a whole lot of heart.

Together they created colour, rhythm, connection and joy—all in Sherylee’s safe, supported space. Her smile said it all.

At Crosslinks, we believe no one should miss out on moments that matter. When you can’t come to the celebration, we bring the celebration to you. đŸ’«

What’s fast, footy-shaped, and now comes with a side of awesome?

Telstra’s new Touch and Track tech, that’s what! 🙌

This clever innovation means blind and low-vision fans can now follow the game by touch, using a hand-held tablet that maps the ball’s movement in real-time.

It’s tactile, it’s trailblazing, and it’s turning Marvel Stadium into a place where everyone can feel part of the action—literally.

From fierce goals to fingertip moments—this is sport like you’ve never felt before.

When life gives you a party bus
you throw the BEST night out ever!

Our fabulous RAP crew kicked off the night with dinner at 7th Ave (because good vibes start with good food). Then we climbed aboard the party bus, where DJ Josh turned it UP and the crew turned into dancing dynamos.

There were singalongs, seat-shimmies, and some very enthusiastic pole performances. And the destination? Kings Park, sparkling under the city lights—just like our crew.

At Crosslinks, we don’t just support—we celebrate. We don’t just show up—we show OUT.

Ready to join the fun? RAP Club is open to all adventurers keen to dance through life.

Our home in Bassendean isn’t just a Crosslinks home—it’s where the most heartwarming love story began.

Scott met Ann. Ann made Scott laugh. And the rest? Well, it’s all dinner dates and wedding plans from here! 💍

Every weekend, you’ll find them at Hans Café—ordering their favourites, sharing dessert, and low-key stealing each other’s spring rolls.

They’re engaged now, and we’re cheering them on every step of the way.

Because at Crosslinks, we don’t just create homes—we help make room for stories like this. Full of love, laughter, and lifetime plans made over sweet and sour chicken!

We have vacancies if you're a person with disability looking for housing options!

Who needs Elsa when we’ve got Ellen?! đŸŽ€âœš

Disney on Ice got a whole lot cooler last week, thanks to Mandy and Ellen! The girls had an ice-ceptional time (sorry, we had to), with Ellen belting out every word of “Frozen”!

And the crowd? Well, okay—it was mostly us, but we were loving it. Smiles, giggles, twirls and all. From the sparkles to the snowflakes, it was magical mayhem in the best way.

Big thanks to Disney for bringing the magic
and to Ellen for reminding us that life’s better when you sing it out loud đŸ’™â„ïž

Lead with purpose. Make every moment count.

At Crosslinks, we believe in creating joyful, meaningful experiences for people with disabilities—and that starts with exceptional leaders.

We’re hiring an Area Manager who leads with empathy, inspires their team, and puts participants first. In this role, you’ll support a passionate group of Support Workers, collaborate with families, and ensure every voice is heard and valued.

If you’re ready to lead boldly and build a future where everyone belongs—you’ve found your people.

Hot choccy, good company, and the comfiest dance floor this side of winter.

If “cosy” and “dance party” combined —it’d look like this:

🎉 Crosslinks PJ Party – Winter Wonderland Edition!
🗓 Monday 30th June, Caversham Community Centre
💃 Fun, games, music + marshmallowy goodness
🛌 Dress Code: PJs, Onesies, anything snug and snazzy

Expect cookies. Expect laughter. Expect dancing.

It’s open to people with disability and their support person—and trust us, this is the kind of winter night that warms the soul.

Let's turn up the music, wrap ourselves in good vibes, and make this one to remember. ❄

From potato to plate—with love (and a sprinkle of parmesan)!

We headed to Pasta in the Valley the Valley for a cooking class that was hands-on, belly-filling, and heartwarming all at once. Our crew whipped up gnocchi from scratch—learning from a master chef and kneading their way to greatness.

There were sensory delights, proud smiles, and that oh-so-satisfying moment of taking something home you made yourself. (Also, can we talk about the lunch?! Yum.)

More joy-filled adventures are just around the corner—our Latest Crosslinks Event Calendar is about to drop, and it’s absolutely delicious! Stay tuned, the good times are coming!

đŸŽ” Music. Connection. Joy.

Every Monday morning, something beautiful happens at the Caversham Community Centre. People gather. The music starts. And Michael? He picks up the percussion instruments and comes alive.

It’s called Music Time—but it’s so much more than that.

It’s a space to feel seen, heard, and supported. A moment to simply be. To enjoy a coffee, a conversation, a connection. And yes, to maybe even dance a little (or a lot).

💛 For people with disability, their support people, friends and families
đŸŽ¶ Live music that lifts the soul
đŸ„ Michael’s drumming? It's a whole vibe.

Every Monday (except public holidays)
10am–11am | 📍 Caversham Community Centre
$10 cash at the door

If your support time doesn’t cover this event, reach out to us and we’ll help make it happen. RSVP by emailing Mandy at mandy.mountfort@crosslinks.org.au
