For those who see me in clinic, you may already know this — and for those I see online, I may not have shared it yet — but our little family is growing 💛 We’re excitedly expecting another baby girl at the end of August 2025.
To be honest, I sometimes find it hard to share personal news on this platform, especially because so much of my work involves supporting clients through fertility journeys, IVF, hormone balancing, and pregnancy loss. This year in particular, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside so many of you on these deeply personal paths. I want to say — I see you, and I hold space for you with so much love and respect. 💫
With my first daughter, Delilah, I returned to work just 9 weeks postpartum. I absolutely love what I do — helping others feel better in their bodies, seeing lives change, and offering real support. But I know this next chapter will look very different.
With two little ones and a house build on the go, I’m consciously choosing to slow down a little. I want to be present in the newborn bubble, embrace the chaos of toddler life, and allow myself some space to breathe.
So what does this mean for ELD Naturopathy?
👩🏼💻I’ve been quietly working on a new website and online portal — this will allow you to order prescription-grade products and herbal repeats directly during my leave (more on that soon!).
🤎I’ll be putting together individual 4-month treatment plans with all my current clients before I go, so you have a clear direction while I’m away.
💌 I’ll still be contactable via email — things might move a little slower than usual, but I’ll always be here when you need support.
💡If you’d like more support during this time, I’m happy to refer you to a trusted practitioners who can offer care while I’m away. I have a list ready to go and can refer you based on need (gut/fertility/skin/hormones) so that you get the upmost care whilst I’m not consulting and throughout your healing journey.
I plan to return to consulting for existing clients in November 2025, and I’ll share more about new client availability closer to the time.
