💧 Hydration & Muscle Fatigue: Why It Matters

Did you know your hydration levels can directly impact how your muscles perform, feel, and recover?

When you're not drinking enough water, you may notice:

🔹 Muscle cramps – Dehydration and low electrolytes can irritate muscle cells, making cramps more likely during or after activity.

🔹 Fatigue & slower recovery – Water helps transport nutrients and remove waste from your muscles. Without it, muscles may feel heavier, more tired, and take longer to bounce back.

🔹 Reduced flexibility & strength – Dehydrated muscles tend to be tight and less responsive. This can reduce your range of motion and increase your risk of strain — especially when your posture or spinal alignment is already under stress.
