I recently finished listening to Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl. An excellent book. He was a psychiatrist who survived the holocaust.

In this book I came across the term 'Anticipatory Anxiety'. His meaning is that is worrying about a fear that hasn't happened yet. He also states that this then leads to the fear happening or that fear becomes the mother of the event. This has happened to me recently. I was worrying about an event that I was fearful of and it happened.

I have known for many years that we get what we focus on and am frustrated as I still focus on my fears too much. I am grateful though that it is improving. Remember to focus on the good things in life before it's too late. If you are struggling to find happiness, help others find it and you will get it 😀

Correct posture is very important and something that is not often done properly. Having correct posture has many benefits like reducing the risk of back pain, neck pain, and other musculoskeletal issues. Adopting a confident posture can reduce stress hormones, positively impacting both how you feel and how others perceive you.

So what is good posture? Here are some basic tips.
Keep your shoulders down and slightly squeeze them together.
Hold your head upright and ensure that your ears are in line with your shoulders when looking from the side
Avoid twisting at the waist and distribute your body weight evenly among both feet and hips

Remember, good posture isn’t just about aesthetics it is a foundation for good health.
