Post event integration 🫶🏼 obligatory laundry, dishes and putting fuel in the car.
Finding magic in the hair on my children’s heads… feeling deeply into each teardrop that slid down my face. Tending to my little garden and feeling joy as Mr 3 moves dirt between pots. The taste of freshly cut basil and the simplicity in all these little moments - magnified through the lens that is I, they are magnificent. I am so grateful to be alive today, to feel into the depths of grief and pain just as the deepest love and joy.
