Currently taking new clients and as of Monday 24 March I will begin to offer trigger therapy massage.

Trigger therapy massage is a deep release of emotions stuck in our body. Our body holds so much suppressed emotional baggage. This is a beautiful deep somatic practice.

I’ve had the pleasure of doing some beautiful healing sessions this week. I was very please one of my clients slept well after only averaging 3 hours a sleep most nights…. Make the most of my march offer $50 for a 60 mins session (normally $200).
