Facilitatrix is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Support Coordinator based in WA to support NDIS participants living in Kalgoorlie. This is a dynamic work-from-home opportunity, where you'll work alongside a supportive and collaborative team—while making a real difference in the lives of others.
🔹 About the Role:
As a Support Coordinator, you’ll:
✔ Help participants navigate the NDIS and achieve their personal goals
✔ Coordinate supports and connect people with the right services
✔ Build strong, respectful relationships with participants and providers
✔ Be culturally responsive and inclusive in all aspects of your work
✔ Use your top-notch IT and communication skills to stay organised and proactive
🔹 Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants strongly encouraged to apply
✅ Based working from home, supporting participants remotely in Kalgoorlie with the flexibility to travel to Kalgoorlie every 3 months
✅ Strong understanding of the NDIS and proven experience delivering high-quality Support Coordination services
✅ Excellent IT skills – experience with client management systems
✅ Great communication skills and ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds
✅ Organised, self-motivated, and values-driven
