✨ Redefining Practice ✨️
A teacher recently told me:
“To avoid burnout, you must practice as many full-length asana classes as you teach.”
I teach over 10 classes a week.
And no, I don’t match that with 10 full-length 60-min personal practices 😅
Instead, my Sadhana is alive—woven through moments of:
🌿 early morning meditation
💫 quiet unconditional kindness
🌙 seasonal reflection
🔥 an evening asana practice that meets me where I am
Some days, my practice looks like exploring a new movement sequence
✨ listening deeply to the body and breath
🌀 or sketching class themes inspired by meridians, lunar cycles, and poetic cues.
This is how I stay connected.
Curious. Inspired. Present.
Because practice isn’t always repetition—it can be discovery, integration, and soft inquiry.
That’s yoga, too 🪷🧘♀️
