B.E.R Property Services Pty Ltd - Airconditioning & Refrigeration We install and service all air conditioning (evap coolers, ducted units, wall splits, cassettes) and B.E.R.

Property Services Pty Ltd is a commercial air conditioning and refrigeration business. We have been established since 2001 starting off as a sole trader but increasing to now having 11 employees. With over 20 years experience in the industry Marc also does some design for airconditioning requirements. We have strong relationships with suppliers who will help advise on best designs where required. Marc and Natalie pride themselves on being a husband and wife team with a friendly approach to clients and a company policy to get the job done correctly the first time only using the best possible products and service for this.
