If you are not an active person = you do well under 10k steps per day in a week... then it's important to look at changing that first when it comes to your health and fitness!

Start by scheduling in "active time" with your family, friends, animals, ipod - whatever, whomever 😊 just begin by hitting the pavement for a leisure stroll. Once a week..not 7 days a week. Start with small achievable goals and increase from there.. you'll know when your being active enough.

Instead of setting out for a 30min run, or joining a gym and paying fees when you haven't yet got the habits down pat.

Set the habits in motion, then once your rolling you will want to go to second gear, then third etc etc 😉 you get my drift!

Small steps, but get them steps in! It's free, its good for your mind & trust me, your body needs it more than you think 💞
