Those who have worked with me know that I work with Feelings the GUT / HEART this is to firstly identify the core source of DIS-EASE. Most often the DIS - EASE stems from the not yet validated childhood painful / traumatic experiences.
Doesn't mean those experiences have to be massive, donโt compare to otherโs or dismiss anything. It could be as small as what someone said to you when you were younger, didnโt get picked for a school play and that still has a massive emotional impact in your adult self ie: (not feeling good enough).
Far too many adults THINK and are under the illusion that the way they mentally and emotionally feel has no connection to their unhealed childhood emotional experiences.
Have you been led to believe that you have a Mental Illness and are carry a label?
That label carries a multitude of different prescription tablets that for many of them have horrific side effects โฆ Don't settle for that!
Maybe your adult self is still subconsciously carrying childhood painful emotional experiences that have not yet been acknowledged, validated and thrown out..
Rather than just accept any diagnoses, I'm kindly asking that you do your own due diligence, RESEARCH, EXPLORE and be OPEN to the fact that there may just be something more going on in your GUT (subconscious) as to WHY your body and mind are at DIS-EASE.
Dig deeper into WHY! Why are you feeling that way, what is causing your DIS -EASE, search for what maybe still sitting deep in the Adult GUT hiding away in the depths of darkness until a light is shined on them...
๐ JOURNALING is an invaluable tool to assist in finding any hiding emotional pain that you still maybe carrying..
It's crucial to attain overall health to firstly find the GUT core source of the DIS - EASE, then identify the connection between your younger self's FEELINGS (triggers) to your Adult self's conscious THOUGHTS.

How has your childhood trauma / pain impacted your adult self?
Being consciously aware that your internal system is interconnected and impacted from the external world. It matter's greatly how you hydrate yourself, what foods you fuel your body with, how much you exercise, quieten the mind, who you choose to surround yourself with also the environment in which you live and work in
๐ซ STOP looking to find quick fixes, quick food and quick results..
๐ Whole health takes time and focus, it's invaluable to living your best life!
If only a larger majority of the human race would consciously choose to START investing holistically in self and health, we would be a far healthier planet. ๐
