Here’s why just working on your core strength won’t solve your back pain long term…
So you’ve told yourself your back hurts because you need a stronger core.
That's sound reasoning - and proven reasoning.
Don’t get me wrong - they’re nothing wrong with doing core exercises - they’re aimed at strengthening your core so that's a fabulous idea.
But if you’ve had a sore back for a LONG time, or a recurring sore back - I can guarantee its not just about your core.
There will be a few things going on and if you don’t know and understand how the body works, and know the different pieces that need to link and work together and address them, your pain will only hang around long term.
This is why spot training, or addressing one thing never works to gain long term results.
Or thinking fixing a weak core, or weak glutes in isolation will get you where you want to be.
