Caring for Our Bones at Roshana Wangara Medical Centre.

This week, Roshana Wangara Medical Centre was delighted to welcome back our friends from Osteoporosis Solutions. For more than four years, Gerard and his team have been regular visitors to our clinic, bringing with them their expertise, professionalism, and friendly approach to patient care.

Their visits focus on providing bone density scans, an important screening tool that helps detect osteoporosis early. These scans are offered to patients aged 70 and over, and other patients who also fall into categories that medicare have an item number for, as well as those who are due for a recall test—whether that’s after 1, 2, or even 5 years, depending on individual recommendations.
