Introducing Teagan Morrow
Teagan is a clinical psychologist with a community and inpatient mental health background. She also has extensive experience with behavioural medicine in a hospital setting, supporting people who have experienced traumatic injuries and medical complications.
Drawing on a psychodynamic approach to explore how past experiences shape current patterns, she works to gain a deeper understanding of each client, while integrating evidence-based interventions including EMDR, DBT, and ERP.
Her clinical interests include trauma (single-incident, medical/birth, and complex childhood), young mental health (16+), perinatal OCD, ADHD, mood disorders, and early-life challenges. Known for being warm, genuine, and authentic, Teagan takes a person-centred approach that is neuroaffirming, LGBTQ+ inclusive, and always tailored to the individual, balancing insight with pragmatism and a good sense of humour.
