With a combination of physical exercise, pranayam, mantra, meditation and relaxation, not only are you increasing your flexibility, cardiovascular health, lymphatic, digestive, reproductive, nervous system and glandular function. You are energising your body, detoxifying and balancing your entire being.

The Pineal Gland (the third eye)

For a long time many people have been concerned about the calcification of the pineal gland and how toxins in our food, water, and air contribute to this calcification, thus rendering our pineal gland to become less active, and in some cases all together dormant.

Others take it even further and state that there are programs in place designed to intentionally calcify our pineal gland so that we cannot perceive the underlying sub-atomic and invisible forces beneath the appearance of this material world, and this causes us to remain subservient to governmental (or globalist) agendas that want to control us. I feel it’s important to not get caught up in any stories, whether they’re true or not, because by just considering such things you are giving away precious attention that instead could be focused on your own self-development.

However, there is no doubt that environmental influences are affecting how well our pineal glands function, but the more predominant reality is that very few people even attempt to focus on their pineal glands, much less activate them anywhere near the capacity they have the ability to, and the main reasons for that are they don’t know why it's important, where it is, or what it does.

The pineal gland is called the third eye, or the spiritual eye and many of those who are aware of it believe it to be in the center of their forehead, behind their eyes, and that’s the first issue. The gland behind our eyes is the pituitary gland, an incredibly powerful gland in its own right and one that warrants a different post. The pineal gland is located behind the top of our throat and the back of our heads. It’s almost behind and underneath the general mass of our brain. Knowing where it is, is very important because when you know where it is, you can focus on it, and that’s the next step.

When you know where it is and you calm yourself down by getting into a heart-coherent state, initiated by rhythmically breathing with the feeling of gratitude or joy interlaced into it, you can then focus your attention on your pineal gland and with enough practice, you can feel your pulse in it. Consciously feeling your pulse in this area will begin to “wake” this gland up and get it working. This is so important.

Once you feel your pulse in it, you are going to want to send a lot your sexual and bodily energy to it. This is the bio-electromagnetic energy that is animating your entire being. By contracting your perineum and all the muscles in your lower pelvic floor, and intentionally pulling that energy up through your spine and into your pineal gland with an in-breath, you have the potential to send a lot of energy to it. With your pelvic floor muscles contracted, and on the in-breath from a heart-coherent state, the cerebral spinal fluid in your spine activates the salts and electrolytes in this fluid, and that creates an inductance field (a powerful, spiraling energy field).

When you direct this inductance field into the pineal gland in the back of the head, it causes the microcrystals that are inside of that gland to create a piezoelectric charge, and it wakes up! This causes any of the calcification that may have accumulated in that gland to break up immediately. It also naturally releases DMT and causes an overall feeling of wellness to permeate your self-awareness.

Why is this important to practice daily?

When you prioritize such a practice you begin to embody the innate power that resides inside of you. This leads to self-empowerment, health, wellness, and direct conscious awareness to the energy field that is animating your body.

When you wake up to realize the energy field you truly are, the more possibilities you have to know the “source” from where your sense of self originates.

Feeling Grateful 🙏🏼💜

I cannot emphasise enough, how wonderful Kundalini is.

Yesterday I was feeling very weak and had quite a rapid heart beat. It was day 3 of a water fast. I still had to teach my Monday morning class so decided to be conscious for myself.

It was a kriya for heart connection and involved a lot of pranayama and movement. This kriya guarantees feeling fantastic by the end…..I actually dont know a kriya that doesn’t once the Kundalini is flowing 😄

Sure enough, about half way through I felt amazing. Not only did I complete the class with vigour, it got me through my final day. No more weakness, just alert and feeling fantastic.

Kundalini is my lifeline. When practiced with lifestyle awareness I believe it is the key to transformation ✨
