Found on my walk this morning, just casually facing up beside the road in the grass haha - the perfect card for today!

Honouring all the amazing dad’s, step dads, grandfathers, and male role models out there today, especially the ones who continue to show up for their families and loved ones - providing not just physical and financial support but also emotional support, and for showing strength in a world that often minimises what being a man means in this day and age.

And of course, honouring the strong men in my life who I’m incredibly proud of, who have loved and supported me over the years and who have taught me so much, like my Dad and my Hubby.

So a good friend of mine and I were chatting earlier today about pickup lines, and if anyone still actually uses them in the dating world or if they are a remnant of an era forgone to the pages of awkward, social and cultural history.

What a wonderful day sharing in the medicine of sound with an amazing group of souls🥰❤️

Special shout out to Sam from - the absolute hostess with the most-ess and all round fabulous human being!

A few gentle reminders from spirit today that landed for me (and if they resonate with you too, feel free to let me know!):

Thank you everyone for the birthday love! 🩵

I had a wonderful day letting my inner mermaid run wild before Mother Nature conjured a little atmospheric action to cool things down - the afterglow no doubt a golden blessing on the year ahead (hopefully) hehe.
