A warm welcome to Chelsea and Tatiana 🤍✨

Two incredible women — one local, one further away — both joining the Freedom to Move 21-Day Challenge online, from wherever they feel most at ease.

This program has been intentionally designed for women seeking calm, structure, and meaningful progress without overwhelm.

Each day offers 5–10 minutes of guided movement that can be completed at any time — morning, midday, or evening — allowing each woman to integrate the experience seamlessly into her existing routine.

The space is supportive yet spacious, offering community connection while still giving every participant full autonomy over how much they choose to engage.

To maintain quality and care within the experience, the challenge is capped at 30 women.
With 25 places filled, there are 5 remaining.

Even though I’m super focused and dedicated — I don’t rely on motivation to stay that way.

Saturday night, I was on the lounge thinking…
“Maybe I’ll take another week off training.” 😅

But I caught myself — because I know that pattern.
One week can easily turn into four if I let it.

So instead, I got up.
I decided that my “week off” would stay just that — one week.
I did a light session. Nothing big — just enough to break the inertia and keep the momentum alive.
