Doing a running event feels SO cool (and a lot slower😂) as a mum!
I’m feeling so grateful & proud that I was able to do the Wollongong Aquathon run this morning!
Honestly though, it was a lot slower than my pre-pregnancy self, it felt heavier and I knew I could run faster before 🤨
But then I realised — that’s not the point anymore.
My body has carried me through pregnancy, birth, (lots of) sleepless nights, recovery and motherhood.
So showing up today wasn’t about PBs or pace… it was about participation & having a good time 🫶🏼💪🏻
If you’re a beautiful mumma reading this, remember:
You’re not behind. You’re rebuilding. And progress looks different in this season . 💜

✨ That is SO not something you need to feel guilty about.
Exercise as a mum is different.
There’s less time. Your focus shifts to your bub and your family - I totally get it🫶🏼
But truthfully?
Carving out regular time for you gives you so much back.
You feel better. More present. More like YOU again.
That’s why at LFN, we love creating space for as many mums as possible in our Mums & Bubs classes.
They’re safe, supportive and completely judgement-free — a place to move, breathe and connect with your bub by your side. They’re honestly magic ✨

We think it’s safe to say the first week of our our LFN Strength class block was a huge success🙌🏼🥲
But in truth, despite the soreness, the real achievement we think is these fab ladies choosing to make a 10 week commitment to themselves and their physical & mental well-being 💜
Exercise & in particular strength training is the ultimate way to feel your best & to feel UNSTOPPABLE being filled with post class endorphins 💪🏻 We cannot wait for the next 9 weeks with you all!

I’m Corinne and I’m your trainer! :-) I’ve worked in the Fitness & Health industry for over 7 years and as a Group Fitness Industry, Personal Trainer & Advanced Nutrition & Health Coach, I’m so passionate about helping you reach your health & fitness goals through making fitness & nutrition fun, exciting and most importantly, AMAZING! Oh, and don’t worry, you’ll never find me recommending a single diet or crazy workout routine. It’s all about moderation and FUN!
As those who know me will tell you, I can’t help but hide my own energy and enthusiasm for fitness, nutrition and life in general. Some may say I’m a bit of an energiser bunny.
