It's that time again! VOTE FOR US.
Our category is Specialised Business... but as a not-for-profit organisation we see ourselves as so much more in the Wollondilly Community. With Meals on Wheels, some residents see us as a lifeline, a contact with the outside world, with Shout a Mate a Meal ...recipients of a donated meal see us as nourishment, with our social groups community engagement we're seen as friends! We can't do any of this without our volunteers and your support.
So, PLEASE consider casting your vote for IC CARE!

Welcome. Our Best Mates have joined us for the long road ahead.
We’re thrilled to welcome Able Doors as one of our founding sponsor Best Mates! Proudly Australian-owned and locally operated, Able Doors has been designing, manufacturing, and installing top-quality industrial and commercial doors since 1979. Their commitment to reliability, safety, and craftsmanship mirrors the values that drive Shout a Mate a Meal.
Mateship, integrity, and community care.
Thanks to their support, we’re one step closer to taking our giving program to a national level.

Welcome. Our Best Mates have joined us for the long road ahead.
Community is at the heart of everything we do at Shout a Mate a Meal and thanks to the incredible generosity of four local businesses with big hearts, we’re taking a huge step forward.
These legends have come on board as our first official Best Mates sponsors, helping us build a dedicated website that will take our giving program from a local initiative to a national platform, connecting more Aussies, one meal and one act of kindness at a time. They are the Foundation Sponsors of a wonderful initiative that started in Wollondilly & Camden.
Our Community, Their Community!
We’re proud to introduce:
Able Doors https://www.abledoors.com.au/
Taylor’d Funerals https://taylordfunerals.com.au/
Fusion Shutters and Blinds https://www.fusionshuttersandblinds.com.au/
Carrington Care https://carringtoncare.com.au/
Each of these organisations has shown what true community spirit looks like, strong local roots, compassion for others, and a belief that together, we can make a real difference.
From all of us at Shout a Mate a Meal, thank you for joining us for the long road ahead.
Your business is welcome to join us too… the more the merrier makes the road trip memorable!

The kids are back at school now...have you found you've got a couple of hours free?
We'd like you consider a couple of hours a week to deliver Meals on Wheels or take clients to appointments.
It's a rewarding way to spend a few hours helping others in our community!

Thanks to the generosity of our local community, the Shout a Mate a Meal pilot has raised $7,716.50, giving IC Care the capacity to provide more than 500 meals to people experiencing food insecurity when they need it most.
Our volunteers continue to be busy preparing and delivering meals for our community; we appreciate their tireless and selfless giving.
It is an honour to have their service!
While not all meals have been delivered yet, these funds have been responsibly set aside so we can step in quickly during shortfalls, crises, and moments when people fall through the gaps.
Every donation represents a meal ready to go, a neighbour supported, and a community choosing to look after its own. We look forward to continuing our efforts in our community and building Shout a Mate a Meal into a donation platform that can provide even more support to our mates across the region and beyond!
Thank you for being the kind of community that shows up.
