BARM FITNESS offers a range of training programs. Premium training session:
Duration - 30 minutes
One to One training with 100% focus on you. Body measurement & weigh-in are conducted monthly. A food guide will be provided. You will be requested to share photos of all of your meals on daily basis. Exercise-custom design & plan to meet each individual needs and strengths. Not just cardio or weight

lifting, the everyday program is tailored to test your body capacity. We have female & male trainers. BARM FITNESS believes- DON'T WISH FOR IT, WORK FOR IT.
